Work History

Research Nurse Lead Coordinator

  • Responsibilities include Enrollment, signing out and administration of study drug, participant monitoring after study drug administration, perform ECGs, blood draws, vital signs, and coordinated provider supported study visits. Development of provider templates for progress notes, records and source documents. Made weekly contact with participants as required, completed data entry into Clinical Ink, Lab Corp, and query resolution. I was on call for participant support. Scheduled and arranged for monitor visits and site close out visit. Close of study processes (Patient Chart QC, upload source documents on to Florence electronic Regulatory binder). Scheduled and conducted study visits, administered study surveys, coordinated participant travel, maintained open communication and collaboration with the study travel coordinator for participant travel reimbursement. I worked very closely with facility doctors, PA’s, Nurse Practitioners and correctional officers, shift sergeants and facility lieutenant, coordinating response and care of inmates.
