I have worked with children and in the classroom all of these years as a classroom teacher. I have enjoyed all these opportunities and it is at this time in my Early Childhood career that I would like to challenge myself and work on something knew. I want to continue to grow and expand my knowledge of what I know and work in helping others.

I also work as a dual credit instructor teaching Early Childhood Education Class for our high school student at, The Excel Center, but they are college credits that are Ivy Tech.

  • Did Outreach in the counties that were in our CCR&R regions and go to events to provide information to families about what is Quality child care, what to look for, and to find them child care in their area.
  • CDA Class Instructor- I worked in CCR&R, with HeadStart and some of our child Care programs to conduct an evening class 2 nights a week working on CDA portfolios and gathering information about appropriate practices with kids that they are watching.
