The last fifteen years I've taken care of both of my elderly parents until they passed on. I've also started my own online bakery business. In July 2022; I started my Pastry Chef classes at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I was put on the Presidents list for my academic proformance. Prior to taking care of my parents I was a lead teacher and taught 4-5th grade at Eperanza Montessori School in South Phoenix.
