  • This project required new 138kV substation to meet the new power demand
  • Convinced project team to use a main-tie-main design of the switchgear and a dual feed for the substation to improve reliability and maintainability of new substation
  • Designed and justified back up feeder for the surface water substation in an olefins plant
  • This included a new feed from Reliant HL&P and the transfer scheme between the existing feed and the backup
  • Inspected the switchgear and reviewed drawings
