Manage hard services/asset PPM's and reactive repairs, mailroom service, vending, digital signage and reactive CMMS tickets. Coordinate Mac/Move requests, AP, and budgeting.
  • Service delivery -Ensure uninterrupted services for client supporting a 1500-acre O&G refinery site. Ensure quality of services provided are continually improving and meets/exceeds customer expectations. Manage hard services/asset PPM's and reactive repairs, mailroom services, dining and janitorial services, transportation, building facility management, and Mac/Move coordination. Additional service management includes site grounds maintenance and vending/coffee services.
  • Vendor management to include landscaping, pest control, UPS maintenance, fire suppression maintenance/inspections, water testing (legionnaires), boiler/generator PPMs, elevator maintenance and inspections, PPMs and inspections of chillers and HVAC systems.
  • 2019-managed difficult working environments and contract transitions. Budget of $4.2 million on roll assumption in July 2019.
  • 2020-Covid situational protocols fell in place in March 2020. The site continued to operate throughout COVID. Bid and gained additional scope in July 2020 to encompass janitorial and transportation services. Targeted reduced budget of $2.1 million within new contract due to draw down of onsite employees. Successfully supported the client during hurricane season. My staff were recognized for their swift and professional response times.
  • 2021-Successfully supported the site on a significantly reduced Covid budget of $2.1 million from $4.2 million. Supported the site through a week-long freeze. Freeze recovery, support and repairs to the main administration buildings, and a tropical weather event, utilizing emergency management protocols. Supported the site throughout preliminary sale, transition and restack activities via Pemex and Shell project activities.
  • 2022-Successful transition from the Shell portfolio to the Pemex portfolio with increased budget to cost plus contract of $4.3 million. Utilized restack and special request activities with Move/Add/Change activities for a smooth transition post sale. Additional site project management in 2022 upwards of $600,000.
  • 2023-on going transition to Pemex. Project management activities upwards of $600,000. Added additional housekeeping and HVAC technician FTEs to support the site.
  • Reduced staff turnover rates by fostering a supportive work environment and providing professional development opportunities.
  • Served as a liaison between unit staff members and leadership to ensure timely information sharing on organizational changes or updates.
