• Serve as a consultant locally, nationally, and internationally for network development, strategic planning, compassion fatigue among caregivers, life coaching and support.
• Develop, pilot and deliver trainings on topics including: professional growth,community response to trauma, leadership, highly functioning teams, resilience, vicarious trauma/compassion fatigue, suicide prevention/intervention skills training.

• Execute the organization's Mission, Vision and Values and build organizational culture
• Facilitate high intensity planning, motivation and implementation with cross functional/culturally diverse teams.
• Develop, implement and maintain infrastructure required to support high quality program delivery and growth goals
• Create organizational policies to enhance internal productivity
• Establish and implement processes for coaching and mentoring across training network staffing- both employees and contractors
• Advance strategic and operational goals/objectives with eye on financial stewardship
• Manage Training Cost Center required for programming, personnel and future growth

• Collaborate in design/ development of new/improved training programs
• Facilitate multiple international committees (culturally and geographically diverse) focused on changes to trainer networks, delivery of programs, mentorship and potential for future growth
• Implement resolution of quality assurance concerns
• Lead all training efforts to improve, increase, coach, mentor and support international facilitator networks for three program areas to respond to increasing program demand
• Train as a Senior Team Leader for conducting Training for Trainers in the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) program and mentoring professional growth processes for the worldwide network.

• Develop and facilitate trauma response curriculum for community preparedness workshops
• Facilitate interdisciplinary planning groups for growing suicide prevention efforts.
• Consult with universities, school districts and other organizations regarding comprehensive suicide prevention planning and evaluation.
• Serve as state coordinator of the LivingWorks trainer network in Colorado with approximately 80 ASIST trainers and 20 safeTALK trainers
• Train ASIST workshops across Colorado and the US (100+)

• Manage statewide suicide prevention program activities
• Develop statewide grants program, application process, selection criteria, adherence to guidelines and state regulations
• Facilitate a collaborative, multidisciplinary advisory board
• Serve as a SME (subject matter expert) resource to the agency regarding issues of suicide across the lifespan, suicide prevention, mental health, risk/protective factors and crisis response following a suicide death
• Facilitate monthly task force meetings with state and local stakeholders including agencies, organizations, survivors, youth, and other professionals
• Conduct needs assessment examining suicide and related issues for youth ages 10-19
• Collaborate with the project evaluators/researchers
• Design/implement public awareness campaign.

• Provide direct supervision to eight caseworker/clinicians and one emergency response specialist
• Coordinate team response and community debriefings to the Columbine High School murder/suicide and other tragedies
• Collaborate across systems for youth of Colorado counties and other states including schools, courts, child welfare, and mental health
• Train across staff and community staff, community groups on topics impacting the child/adolescent population including depression, suicide risk, family systems, threat assessment, trauma reactions
• Clinical assessments for truancy, delinquency, physical/sexual abuse, substance abuse, suicide risk, family dynamics/mental health concerns
• Treatment plan development and implementation
• Create annual budget reports including costs, clients served, and staffing patterns

• Conduct adult and family therapy for children (ages 0-7) in residential treatment with experiences of severe neglect and abuse
• Offer specialized treatment skills in family systems, crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment.
