The customer service representative position which involves daily contact with customers and co-workers in situations that require a positive attitude, consideration and courtesy at all times. Although customer service is top priority, a large portion of CSRs daily tasks involve using a computer. High level of concentration is imperative as the environment changes frequently and at a fast pace.
Customer Service Lead is first and foremost responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for the entire crew while properly safeguarding the aircraft and the flights performance. By supporting Customer Service Agents professional development, this role ensures that CSA are knowledgeable about ground operations related GAT policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and on time flight performance. Leads work with Supervisors and other leaders on staffing, supporting regular and irregular operations, and may provide training to Customer Service Agents as necessary.
Check-in passengers by reviewing the customer’s information to determine destination, flight number, date of departure, documents needed, etc. This includes awareness of security requirements for all passenger types. Reconstruct fares and itineraries when changes are requested by the customer or are necessary due to operational reasons. Visually verify appropriate identification for payment by personal check and write data on the check. Place appropriate bag tag on customer’s bag(s)
Drive safely: Operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle in accordance with traffic laws. Load and unload packages: Safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs into and out of the delivery vehicle. Deliver packages: Deliver packages to homes, businesses, apartments, mobile parks, and lockers. Use technology: Use GPS, handheld devices, and delivery applications to navigate and manage deliveries. Communicate: Communicate with customers and administrative staff. Maintain vehicle: Refuel and clean the delivery vehicle. Store packages: Store packages safely until they are delivered. Assist other drivers: Help other drivers deliver packages
Receive and put away inventory. Get customer orders ready and pack them up. Load boxes into trucks for shipment. Use scanners to read bar codes on products. View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks. Troubleshoot problems. Ensure product meets quality requirements. Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 40 feet. Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
Using the Pick Ticket, pick orders correctly check style, size, quantity, and team according to customer order requirements. Notify Supervisor of any stock errors or garment issues, regarding quality or style specifications, example wrong or missing patches, goods located in wrong area. Cut down empty boxes when working in the forward pick area and taking them to closest gaylord container available. Other duties, as assigned, by Supervisor or Manager
