We also ran an outpatient ostomy clinic to educate on peristoma skin care, appliance application, trouble shooting appliance issues to aid the patient in proper appliance and improved wear time. June 2017 to June 2018 I worked as team manager for a 10 bed inpatient hospice unit. I was responsible for screening referrals, staffing, hiring of CNAs, and employee counseling as well as the day to day function of the unit.
