I attend ISP meetings; I would write antidotal notes and incident reports and input this information into a database. I ensure that the individuals get all their related services, such as OT, PT, and speech. I am an advocate for the families, and I help them to get what is needed while attending the day habilitation program. I am responsible for billing and attendance. Billing is done through Medicaid and must be completed every week.
