Additional Information

Analyze the financial performance of $1.5 to $12 million budgets and report to the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, and various federal and private granters. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process and serve as liaison to the independent financial, grant, and information technology auditors. Manage the financial activities of the organization such us accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank account reconciliations, journal entries, inventory control, payroll, employee benefits, quarterly and annual tax reports, monitor the cash flow statements, and analyze income statement trends. Plan meetings and events, create and distribute publications, research funding sources, and monitor advocacy issues. Supervise and train staff in the daily operations of the Administrative, Billing, Registrar, Volunteer Coordination, Retail Sales, and Product Sales Departments. Research, develop, implement and maintain the organizations website, databases, and file management systems as well as train staff on the various information technology systems.
