Accomplishments

  • After a year of working for KeyBank as a Personal Banker, received promotion to Branch Manager and covered multiple branches in the surrounding area until I was placed in the Palatine Branch and then was promoted 3 months later to the Gloversville Branch.
  • Successfully led the Gloversville Branch in achieving Red Key for all 4 quarters throughout 2023. This is achieved through risk mitigation, relationship households and client experience score. With achieving this, the Gloversville Branch has been deemed a Training Branch for new hires. With this achievement, two of my employees were selected to mentor teller and platform new hires during the onboarding process across Capital West Area.
