Coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis Services for developmentally impacted participants ranging in age 3-21 years (12-clients).
Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, BRIEF).
Develop and oversee the delivery of customized, comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct parent coaching.
Provide ongoing training to RBTs.
Assess client progress through collected data.
Coordinate care with other professionals on the participant's clinical team (i.e., psychiatrist, school psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, primary care physicians).
