Welcoming patients and greeting them in a friendly manner as they arrive for their appointment is an important aspect of my current position. Duties include completing all the required steps for the check-in/check-out process. A high level of multitasking is required to assist patients with the use of the kiosk system, collecting co-payments and/or balances, obtaining the proper forms for the therapists and answering all related questions from patients. End of day reporting of payments, posting of fee tickets and preparation of the documents for the following day is also required.
