- Work closely with land and right of way agents to create custom exhibits at landowner’s request.
- Communicate with title agents and assist with deed plotting, aerial interpretations, and editing of parcel boundary lines based on environmental surveys and/or deed plats.
- Convert Google Earth files when applicable.
- Export KMZs, shapefiles, and/or geodatabases for environmental contractors.
- Classify and attribute GIS data associated with applicable parcel information and/or pipeline statuses and specifications.
- Prepare customized large maps for viewing and discussion purposes for management and/or construction meetings.
- Create and export exhibits for pipeline stream impact crossings, culvert crossings, timber mat crossings from XY data for DNR submissions.
- Map foreign utilities and create railroad exhibits based on CSX guidelines and regulations. Rectify old CSX maps to reference original sources of information.
- Assist with the measuring of proposed assets on properties for land and PMO purposes.
- Prepare reports to show percentages and progression of acquired parcels, when applicable.
