Reason for leaving: I missed a week of work in March due to having Flu A, strep throat and an ear infection, a week in May due to Flu B and strep throat and two days in June due to Cavie and strep throat. I had doctors notes and had proof faxed to them; however, the day before I was to return to work on June 22nd they called and let me go.
