Responsible for the plan development and project delivery of the Capital Construction Program.

Project management responsibilities included reviewing shop drawings, preparing submittals, ordering materials, coordinating installation with field crews, and attending scope review meetings.

Projects included both new construction and renovations of laboratory, schools, and hospitals.

Worked for a geotechnical engineering consultant on tunneling projects in both the design and construction phases.

Developed the exploratory drilling program for projects in design.

Coordinated field work with drilling company, property owners and local government officials.

Collected soil samples, reviewed laboratory data, and test results.

Imported data in Rockworks which is used to generate the Geotechnical Data and Baseline Report.

As the District Bridge Engineer, I was responsible for completing and reviewing the bridge inspection reports, bridge inventory, load rating analysis for over 1000 bridges.

Prioritized and scheduled bridge replacements and repairs for both contract work and for District crews.

Managed a $15M bridge preservation program.

Managed a team of bridge inspectors, designers, special projects, and bridge crew.

Responsible for developing and reviewing plans designed by both ODOT staff and consultant designers.

Served as Acting Planning Administrator.

Interfaced with local governments, consultants, and the public.
