• Conducted thorough assessments, triage, intakes, blood draws, EKGs, and pharmacological dispensing of methadone for opioid addiction treatment using a structured approach to ensure safe, medically necessary care.

Provided dementia/memory care with daily assessments, medication administration, glucose monitoring, wound care, hospice, respiratory, tracheostomy, colostomy, and Foley management while maintaining resident safety and accurate charting.
