Provide leadership support to school principals, instructional coaches, teachers, and other district level personnel in the implementation of the district’s English Language Arts curriculum and other instructional programs.

• Created an innovative learning environment for prek-5th grade students by designing, modeling, implementing, and co-teaching a standards-based, technology-enriched curriculum.
• PowerSchool SIS Administrator – student registration and enrollment, built master schedules, managed student grading and report card data, created and exported student reports, coordinated attendance, trained staff on role-specific usage related to PowerSchool, managed and supported parents’ and students’ portal user accounts
• Served as the lead testing/site coordinator for various testing platforms to include MAP benchmark assessment, PowerSchool, and the state of Virginia’s Standards of Learning (SOL) Assessment
• Served as a level-one tech support escalation to troubleshoot and resolve school-wide technology related issues due to malfunction of SMARTBoards, Promethean Boards, laptops, desktops, iPads, Kindles, Chromebook, and other hardware and software used within the learning environment
