Add attachment and enter Invoice to description line. Make sure invoice is signed by the supervisor. Payment tab-add invoice#, Remit to make sure correct address, Message box add Invoice number and always check mark separate payment. Once payment is ready it will have payment date and reference number added to schedule payment box. Then you can add reference number and print out reconciled page.
  • I have helped submit payment voucher for WEX. Making sure it has ALL attachments. This includes accounting string approval, Exemption, Executive Order, Monthly Invoice bill, WEX fuel logs and Receipts.
  • Helped audit the E-6 making sure updates are correct with vehicle information. This includes year, make, model, vin #, type of engine, water tender or command unit, call signs are correct.
  • Double checking payments. making sure matches up to the AP Journal/General ledger. Entering Purchase Voucher number to FMS once payments have been made.
