Community Liaison
- Responsible for building engagement and cultivating relationships between the aquarium and the community and for communicating relevant information about policies, programs and services available to the community.
- Managing and enhancing the aquarium's public relations to help maintain a positive reputation within the community.
- Creating and implementing successful educational and outreach programs that encourage local residents to engage with the aquarium.
- Developing strong ties within the community while working to establish trust and mutual respect between the community and the aquarium, and serve as a point of contact for feedback and queries.
- Understanding and serving diverse communities.
- Advocating for the community as well to educate the aquarium team on community concerns while ensuring no issues are overlooked.
