  • Responsible for developing community partnerships, researching and applying for grants, recruiting and hiring certified teachers and support staff (food service, enrichment, etc.), recruiting and training volunteers, maintaining Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Social Services Childcare Licensing requirements at each site and in each program, planning weekly menus for breakfast, lunch and snack, purchasing food and supplies, scheduling enrichment activities and field trips and creating and implementing an after-school program for the SLLP students during the school year (including recruiting, hiring and training of staff and volunteers)
