Board-certified plastic surgeon, entrepreneur, and medical device innovator with a successful boutique aesthetic plastic surgery practice and AAAASF-certified operating facility. I lead a 6,000-square-foot comprehensive surgical and aesthetic practice offering advanced surgical, minimally invasive, laser, energy-based, and injectable treatments. Since 2018, I have served as Medical Director for miraDry and previously served as Medical Director for Neauvia North America. My industry experience also includes a partnership with Black & Black Surgical to develop The Diehl Cannula, an innovative vented liposuction cannula. I am the founder of 10 Blade Scrubs, a luxury medical apparel company bringing a fashion-forward approach to professional performance wear, and a 2025 Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna.
10 Blade Scrubs is a luxury scrubs brand set to launching fall 2026. "Finally. Scrubs worthy of your accessories."
10 Blade reimagines scrubs through the lens of luxury fashion—more flattering, more functional, and exceptionally comfortable. Designed by a surgeon with an eye for detail, each piece brings the refinement of a beautifully considered wardrobe to what you wear every day.
As the owner of an aesthetic plastic surgery practice with an on-site AAAASF certified operating room, I have experience with management, employee training, device and product training, quality and safety development, and a broad understanding of local and regional markets. The practice has a strong aesthetic background with a large non-invasive component. In addition to my extensive surgical training, I have expertise with lasers, injectables and wide variety of non-invasive technology.
As a Hospitalist at the Butner Federal Medical Complex, my duties included evaluation, diagnosis, and triage of patients.
