I decided to not persue a university degree during my fourth semester of college. I found that I prefer a hands on techincal career with the opportunity to utilize my intelligence to start and manage my own company. Upon relocation to Phoenix Arizona in 1997, I quickly recognized the importance of air conditioning. I found a job as a telemarketer for an HVAC contractor and quiclky became the night manager. Within 6 months I moved into the field and learned maintenance and installation. After a year I found a better position at another company as an installation supervisor where I learned service and repair. Within 2 years I began to independently subcontract installation jobs and started to build a customer base for service and repair. In 2005 I passed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors licence exam and realized my dream of starting my own company. From the beginning I have applied the fundimentals of honesty and integrity to all aspects of my job. By keeping my company small I have been able to maintain a high level of quality and customer service. I continue to install new equipment myself together with helpers and subcontractors.

In 2018 I started coaching baseball at Chandler Youth Baseball. Within a year I joined the Board of Directors. When we resumed play after COVID I was elected President and we began the process of recovering from the pandemic. We replenished the board with new members and implemented many new policies to bring the league up to speed with current regulations and standards. I have since reduced my role and assumed the Vice President position to help with the transition to new leadership. My involvement with the league has helped me hone my leadership and management skills with a larger group of people. Coaching baseball has enhanced my ability to work with young people and teach the skills necessary to succeed in baseball as well as in life.
