I work hard to ensure that every piece of the hotel works together in tandem to create the best guest experience possible. My strengths are in guest service, and creating a "team" oriented atmosphere. I do not ask anything of anyone that I would not do myself. I strive to create a culture that is positive and impactful. I am eager to learn, and learn quickly in a new environment. If I do not know something I will always ask. I quickly respond to emails, and value great communication with my superiors. I work well under pressure and will utilize every tool available to me to resolve any issues.
