*Ensured that all staff are properly trained. All new hires will receive a property tour, watch IHG and Opera training videos, and then given access to train at the desk once all preliminary items are completed.


*Worked directly with hotel ownership, communicating needs for the property as well as presenting an overall forecast for future business, comparing YOY performance.


*Responsible for creating budgets, and always worked my hardest to achieve optimal top line revenue.
