  • Maintain program compliance with federal and state agencies (for F-1 visa students, SACM students, and students receiving the Pell Grant).
  • Implement marketing strategies (including maintenance of the ELI website) and maintain high enrollment and class size averages.
  • Work directly with the Admissions Department and Enrollment Services to ensure that all students are properly registered for their program(s), and that all matters related to enrollment are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Plan weekly class schedules, evaluate classes, open and close classes according to student enrollment, and develop curricula for new courses.
  • Successfully transitioned faculty and students to an online learning platform during the COVID-19 pandemic.
