• Served as mentee to the Geographical Operations Manager for the Northeast Region on business operations, sales, regional strategic goals, and various cross discipline tasks.
• Built out Global Integrated Delivery Platform via Microsoft Teams to engage global talent on local projects.
• Created group snapshots for Northeast Region offices to improve staff billability and promote regional work sharing.
• Created and facilitated regional Town Hall meetings for all staff, project manager and above, in the Northeast Region.

• Designed site wide communications system for Bridgeport Harbor Cogeneration Plant
• Acted as Engineering Construction Manager for Emergency Generator Install at Verizon facility in Piscataway, NJ.
• Performed feasibility study for Doosan to implement Fuel Cell technology as supplementary power supply to machine shop in Connecticut.
• Prepared budgets by estimating materials, labor and construction costs.
• Designed lightning protection system for Bridgeport Harbor Cogeneration Plant.
