Key Deliverables

• Sourcing (15%): Manage existing supplier relationships according to demand data and product classification. Update of product specifications and requirements, develop and select new suppliers, negotiate and manage contracts.
• Procurement (20%): Cooperate with sales department to analyze sales data, and forecast purchased quantity according to priority of product family. Use SAP to manage whole order processing.
• Logistics (20%): Cooperate with manufacturers, shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to manage daily inbound and outbound logistics to ensure Ensure that every shipment is delivered smoothly.
• Inventory control (15%): Implement Inventory cycle count and update demand priority level by ABC classification method and product life cycle. Calculate safety stock and forecast reorder point to optimize inventory level.
• Project management (30%): Regularly communicate with important stakeholders to integrate and optimize superior resources of various functional departments to develop new commercial projects. According to PMI standards, create project charter, plan, and budget. Execute projects based on work breakdown, team division, and milestones. Monitor project cost, project progress through earned value analysis and Gantt chart. Handle change requirements and project closure.

Key Deliverables

• Ground service (50%): Providing counter service including making reservations, issuing boarding passes & luggage

tickets, arranging interline service, coordinating with terminals to ensure the safe arrival of flights.

• Caro logistics (50%): Coordinate customs clearance and transportation of air cargo with other functional departments.
