I have achieved supervisory roles that include

Director of Southington’s Adult and Continuing Education Program, as well as, being the Assistant Department Leader overseeing twenty certified teaching staff, and thirty-three paraeducators. I have been an integral partner in facilitating, revising and developing SRBI intervention strategies and protocol. I strive to plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction, demonstration, and individual application that provides students with opportunities to observe, question, and investigate. In this role I provided my student teachers with frequent feedback on best teaching practices, continuous support within and outside the classroom, and facilitating reflective teacher practices to promote ongoing learning.


Level 1 Certified Wilson Instructor. An intensive program to ensure that students receive explicit reading instruction with fidelity.
