Worked as a team manager until December 2020, when I transitioned over to a senior manager and took over the pilot project to create a new offshore division of the claims department.
Successfully created a new offshore division of Genworth based remotely out of India. Under my leadership, this division went from 0 to 100 FTEs over an 18 month window. I oversaw every aspect of hiring, training, and development of all front line associates, SMEs, trainers, team managers, and senior managers.
Starting in early 2023, I transitioned over to managing stateside teams servicing our TPA products. Here I led numerous efforts to hit our strategic goals, including overhauling our claims payment processing to reduce our payments cycle time from 26 down to 15 days.
In 2024, the department I led achieved the #1 ranking (out of over 50 teams) in employee satisfaction and employee engagement from external HR (Energage) survey results. The year prior to me taking over this department they were ranked in the 40s.
