- Recognized patient's breathing/swallowing difficulties and took action by increasing O2 to 4L, calling a respiratory therapist and rapid response.
- Collaborated with respiratory therapists to provide high flow oxygen with non-rebreather mask, resulting in patient's transfer to Critical Care Unit.
