With over sixteen years of experience in the Building, Zoning and Planning industry and a Business Management Degree I have successfully demonstrated the capacity of managing the technical work of plan reviewing, building permitting coordination, zoning compliance, planning research and system development. Throughout the years, positions such as my current role as Deputy Director in the City of St Cloud where I manage and supervise the daily activities of the Community Development Department,  and technical positions such as Planner II in the City of Oviedo, Planner III in Osceola County and Senior Planner in Seminole County, where I manage and coordinate projects and serve as technical advisor to Zoning Techs, Planner I and Administrative Staff, have helped me acquire the experience and qualifications required to transition into a new role.
