As an Autism Instructor at Trellis, I taught students ranging from Pre-K to 2nd grade. My responsibilities included implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), managing a variety of student behaviors using evidence-based strategies, and providing high-quality, compassionate instruction tailored to each student's unique needs.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I provided ABA services both in clients' homes and at the Trellis clinic, working closely with families to support their children's development. I transitioned from the RBT role to become an Instructor at the Trellis School in order to pursue a growth opportunity within the organization and expand my impact in a classroom setting.

Provided efficient, accurate checkout service while delivering friendly customer support and promoting repeat business through positive interactions.
