  • This job has helped me become more detail oriented because I need to get the unit's voltage, size, color, model, and problem recorded properly to ensure any refunds/replacements are done correctly
  • This job has also taught me patience as it is a lot of correcting people's work, fact checking, and dealing with irate customers via email and stressed technicians.
