Directs residents and visitors to appropriate resources for counsel regarding residential business concerns, disputes, appeals and penalties of an escalated or exceptional nature. Take direction and instruction from all Housing Services staff as well as assist where needed.
Utilize StarRez as a place to obtain, enter and update information daily for accurate recording of resident interactions.
Be familiar with the layout of all buildings and locations of fire panels, keys, and other important safety equipment is located; learn how to operate all equipment.
Identify and report custodial, maintenance and safety concerns. Serve as an information source to all customers, guests and staff. Maintain a positive and responsive attitude.
