The Habit was my first job. I started as a cashier and I eventually worked my way up and I became a shift leader when I hit 1 year. After 5 months of being a shift leader I became a full time manager and I was a manager for almost 2 years. During my time there, I learned how to run a smooth shift, sending out break(s) at a good time. I also worked at many other locations ( Norwalk, Downey, Cerritos, La Palma , Santa Monica, El Segundo, Inglewood, Buena Park, etc) and I got to experience working with other people. I learned inventory and I would place weekly orders based on the items we needed according to our sales forecasted. I also learned how to count registers and make sure the safe and registers have all the money they need to have. I have kitchen experience as well, knowing temperatures and why. I have safety knowledge as well for the team members.
