I work as a banquet server with food glorious food. In this position we focus on fine dining service. As a server we server be food stations, pass appetizers, plate food etc.. We also focus on making sure our tables look presentable by polishing silverware and properly organizing them on the tables, and napkin folding. Along with that we make sure our food stations/ buffet tables look presentable by adding greenery around the areas or any kind of decor. And we also make sure our food platters/ Charcuteries are decorated for presentations.

I also worked with the operations side with food glorious food, In this position i made sure our packages and carts for events were being sent with the right equipment, along with making sure that greenery was sent to its proper events . And i also served food tasting with our sales people.

As a Kitchen Manager at Chipotle i ensured our food was properly prepped and cooked responsibly. I also ran the back of the house during opening and ensure proper food safety procedures were followed
