Daisy Glessner

Working in an Ice Cream shop was very interesting because I got to learn how to make milkshakes, how to make blizzards, I got to make brownies and cookies. I also got to cook food in the back with the air fryers only because I am only 15 and you had to be 17 or older to use the stove but I also helped prepped helping make sure the buns had all the ingredients the customers wanted on it.

I have been doing wrestling for a year now I am on my second year as a sophomore. I am ranked 13th in PA Power Rankings in the actual state at the weight class 170. My record for this year right now is 6-2. Last year I was in Junior high and was ranked 4 in nationals and 6th in the state at the weight 165. Wrestling has became my home, I only wanted to do it for the conditioning I never realized I was going to be obsessed with it. I would like to thank all my coaches for making me become a better person, for them teaching me how to have a positive mind set, how to build confidence in everything I do. This sport has made me feel like I can do whatever and be like the boys because boys always say "Girls cant do what boys can."
