The Preventive Program Representative- oversight is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and supporting the quality and compliance of preventive service programs contracted through local social services districts, including the New York City Administration for Children's Services (ACS). This role ensures that programs adhere to OCFS regulations, model fidelity standards, and best practices to promote outcomes for children and families.
-Conduct comprehensive program reviews and on-site audits of preventive service providers to assess compliance with OCFS policies, contractual requirements, and evidence-based model standards (e.g., MST, FFT, BSFT).
-Review case records, including Family Assessment and Service Plans (FASP), progress notes, PROMIS entries, and supporting documentation to evaluate service delivery, documentation quality, and alignment with identified needs and goals.
-Access the accuracy and completeness of required forms, including consent documentation and risk assessment tools, ensuring proper completion and consistency across records.
-Conduct interviews with program staff (e,g, therapists, case planners, supervisors) and families to gather qualitative information regarding service provision, engagement, and effectiveness.
-Analyze findings to identify strengths, areas of concern, and opportunities for program improvement.
