I worked closely with the company owner to not only manage the clients projects but also procure those relationships. During this process i provide field measurements for the designers by visiting the project site before demolition. Once field measurements were performed i would produce computerized 20/20 software drawings for said project designer so they could meet with client for initial design phase. Once the initial design phase was complete i would schedule the company owner to return to the job site to ensure all field measurements were accurate and job site conditions were applicable for the clients project. (Will discuss at interview).

Once the client agreed to purchase our companies services, and all materials were ordered. i would contact and schedule all subcontractors as well as schedule city building inspections accordingly. I would produce a project schedule for all applicable parties and thoroughly communicate any necessary project status from inception through project completion.

This position i produced project renderings and information with client for contractor to execute design from beginning to end.
