I am ISO certified. I pull all quality data and enter it into our Daily management program. I collect paperwork and make sure that all documents have been signed off. I check to make sure all prints, work instructions, and/or OPI are up to date. I do weekly and monthly internal audits to make sure production is following all of our processes. I schedule meetings to make sure if there in anything that could harm the External audit is taken care of.
Prior to going into this position, I was the Paint Gatekeeper. I inspected all cabs and parts before they went to assembly or shipping. I also made sure that if any product was rejected, the turn around was done in a timely manner.
When inspecting cabs, I had to make sure the cabs had the correct mils and gloss. Some of this information was entered into a spreadsheet for the customers to look at.
I would receive product into the door. All paperwork and used medical pads, leads, and batteries would be thrown away.
All medical devices would be cleaned and entered into our system.
I would test the smaller devices and help in the repair room to fix them as needed. I also worked on repairing the larger devices and get the ready to ship back out as a refurbished item or back to the customer.
