Being on the management team at my job consists of overseeing daily business operations on the floor of the cinema. Managing a successful floor team through delivering performance feedback, managing daily team goals, fostering teamwork, supporting a healthy culture, and communicating objectives. As a leadership member it's vital to ensure a safe environment and commitment to the employees and customers.

Floor Team:

I completed tasks in an operating movie theater. Ushering, concessions, CL (Customer Liaison), or Kitchen. Learning the climate and environment of working at a theater.

Cook:

As Head Cook, I work directly in the kitchen dealing with food orders. As scheduled Cook, I converse with the kitchen team and assign them to stations to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly. Complete weekly and morning/nightly checklists, know food and preparation and communicate effectively.

• Cooking and prepping food promptly.
• Clean and/or sanitize the kitchen area according to company protocols and supervisor direction.

• Assembled, stored, and disposed of food using proper food handling, labeling, and safety techniques.
