• Made sure everything at customer's location was within company specifications that we were to follow. If there were any reason they weren't, we were to email a supervisor explaining why, or due to a maintenance issue within the area.
• Completed online training to progress from Technician 1- Technician 3 that covered a lot of information on helping troubleshooting and understanding in depth of how the entire system works.
• In July of 2019 Was #3 Technician in North Texas out of over 1,200 technicians.

Handled company accounts that had sent vehicle to the auto auction to be sold. Made sure everything was ready and prepare before the time of the auction. Would help multiple departments that worked outside in order to get everything ready prior to day of our auction.

• Handled multiple accounts for the company such as: ARI, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Lobel Financial, Hertz, Avis Budget Rentals, Uhaul Rentals.
• Wrote condition reports on RVs, Travel Trailer, and boats for the specialty sale that we had twice a month.
• Worked in the mechanic shop for a short period of time doing oil changes on vehicles that needed them before the auction.
• Worked as a outside customer service representative. Would take dealers or transporters to the vehicles they were there to pick up. Made sure they had plenty of gas to make it out of the auction, and that any other issues were addressed.
• Had won awards for the auction such as: Auction of the year, US Bank Auction of the year, and ARI Auction of the year.
