Since starting this role I have been in charge of large capital projects, running large crews, and assuring on budget and on time completion. This includes expansions of the plant, sustainability projects, new business, and more. With these projects I have been in charge of well over 2m plus in capital investments.

I was taught the ins and outs of the plastic extrusion process, while also working on the mills and lathes to keep the machines running at full capacity. As well as working in the R&D Department, and QA.

I began in this company as a lower-level worker, greasing machines and working in trenches laying pipe. I worked my way up to an operator position. This entailed digging the trenches for the pipes to be laid. I had many people in this company from the ages of 18-48 working under me as a 21-year-old at this time.

I took the role of learning the dynamics of the business side of an electrical company through fulfilling contracts in many cities around the Gulf Coast area. My skillset gained from this job includes wiring fishing piers, electrical wiring in housing, and in larger scale establishments, i.e., Casinos.
