Work History

Salesperson

Bill Cole Ford Lincoln
11.2024 - Current

I engaged customers in social conversations to create a pleasant and easy shopping experience, working to build strong relationships that encouraged repeat business and created opportunities for additional sales. I negotiated prices, terms of sales, and service agreements, demonstrating flexibility and a customer-focused approach. Additionally, I handled customer complaints with professionalism, facilitating negotiations to resolve issues and reach mutually satisfactory conclusions.

Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Specialist

West Virginia Army National Guard
02.2023 - Current
  • As a CBRN Specialist, my job is to recognize, identify and defend against any attack involving CBRN materials. With this, I have learned how to work with decontaminate different chemicals and those affected. While in training over the summer, I earned my HazMat Awareness and HazMat Operations certificates.

Server

Logan's Roadhouse
11.2023 - 06.2024
  • I served tables ensuring that I paid close attention to detail. I was trusted with the responsibility to be the closing server and often times had the best sales in the store. I left because I was graduating from high school, as well as leaving for training with the West Virginia Army National Guard.

Sever/Host/Busboy

Carnivore BBQ
07.2021 - 10.2023
  • First, my job was to sanitize dirty tables. After a short while, I was promoted to a server/host position. I waited on tables, taking care of my customers and their every need/request. My goal was to make each individual feel special and have a pleasant experience. Sometimes I single-handedly managed parties of twenty or more individuals or seven or more tables. While working as a host, I organized the seating arrangements and serving order for other servers while taking phone calls and to-go orders. During this time, I have trained multiple individuals for the same duties and been approached for leadership positions.
