  • Project Manage 14 unique EDI community development projects. Provide support ranging from our RFP processes to contract negotiations, day-to-day project management, and contract close-out. Our contracts range from $75K to $6M and can focus on land acquisition, capital, and capacity-building.
  • Work closely with our Advisory Board, and report to the City Council and the Mayor's Office.
  • Indigenous planning: Providing policy recommendations for various City of Seattle planning projects, including the Comprehensive Plan, Sub-Area Plans, Food Action Plan, Culturally Modified Trees, Indigenous Design, Seattle Transportation Plan, and Participatory Budgeting.
  • Facilitator for sləp̓iləbəxʷ (Rising Tides) – Indigenous Planning Group. Supporting Lushootseed language revitalization projects, the Native Neighborhood Project, Indigenous Talking Circles, and community engagement.
