- During 2022-2023, I've worked for this summer program, which is 'One Summer Chicago.' Within the program, there are variations of jobs that require you to be eligible to be hands-on, for which I chose a daycare
- The start of the program had different events that were not mandatory, but you had to have skills like problem solving, communication, etc
- In this program, I worked 5 days out of the week, but 1 day required me to go back to the 'it takes a village site,' but that day still counted as work because I was just doing paper work for the actual job
- At the daycare, I was a teacher assistant, and I helped with things like changing diapers, setting up food, nap time, paper work, and other things for teaching
- In conclusion, I chose daycare because I have patience, communication skills, creativity, problem-solving skills, and those different attributes
