Responsible for inventory control of different types of raw materials used in the tire curing process. Responsible for safety meetings, product quality and on-the-job training of up to 200 direct reporting team members. Participated in LEAN manufacturing training during a "state-of-the-industry" professional development course in which we gained a working knowledge of all aspects of a completely vertically integrated poultry production company. Part of a team that reached a 1,000,000 safe man-hour milestone during my tenure at the Hope, AR location.
