Responsible for all underground equipment. Drill 9” to 13 ¾” pilot holes. Ream 42” to 16’ raises to depths of 1500 feet. Maintain equipment life by daily and weekly inspections. Fix any issues that may accrue. Prep sites with all utilities needed, build cement pads for drill operation. Move drill and support equipment into site and conduct proper drill setup. Provide the superintendent with safety huddles and incident imagines. Training of new hires. Work with clients mining crew when work was slow. Work in all aspects of mining.

Assist driller with setup of the raise gear. Maintain a clean site. Clean drill and all support equipment. Shovel raise cuttings as needed while piloting. Tripping of rods and installing reamer.

Assist driller with drill setup. Pull and dump core tubes. Mix mud products for the drill string. Assist in any maintenance needed on equipment.
