Accomplishments

  • NRO (New Restaurant Opening) International Team for PF Changs.
  • CDT (Certified Designated Trainer; been long rebranded as a new position however) in six out of eight departments with Red Robin.
  • As a Store Manager internationally acted as the Corporate Training Manager, while running the highest volume store worldwide. During my tenure, eighty percent of the managers in my region were developed by myself. Over forty managers, Six General Managers and a Area Manager.
  • Flagship store in Dubai, with the brand winning best Restaurant in Dubai three out of four years.
  • Was the second highest selling retail salesperson at the Kennewick Great Floors.
