I was responsible for all health records for 600 to1200 goats at any time. I vaccinated and dewormed goats. I also gave boluses to goats of copper supplements. I wrote work instructions for all jobs in the Animal Operations Department. Such as feeding, cleaning, vaccinating, and handling of the goats. I was on several interdepartmental teams. I also worked in the lab setting up and reading gel plates,used to determine titers. I also overlooked our breeding program. We kept an anywhere from 30 to 50 does and 1 to3 bucks for breeding. If needed i assisted with kidding. I bottle fed many kids over the years. From does that either died during kidding or were not good mothers. I also assisted our veterinarian with treatments.
