Obtained CA real estate license in 1984 and broker license in 1988. Realtor that originally sold single family home and shortly started doing commercial real estate in Southern CA. Main focus was multifamily.

Transitioned into private money loans in 1997 with Val-Chris Investments in Irvine, CA. Still continued doing commercial real estate as the opportunities presented themselves.

Obtained CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) #11944 in 2004.

Obtained Utah Real Estate Broker License in 2004 and moved to St. George, Utah in 2005.

Loan broker that specialized in private funding financing. Worked directly with Borrowers and Mortgage Brokers to fund loans with non institutional sources of money. Did virtually every kind of real estate loan with the exception of construction loans.

Interacted with all the different in office groups that design and build major projects over the world.
